A: Transfer / Bank In
1) Bank in or fund transfer the amount to our bank account.
2) Screenshot or take a photo of the payslip in jpg/jpeg format file.
3) Choose your payment method (Fund Transfer / Cash Bank in )
2) Choose your reload amount (Minimum amount is RM100.00)
3) Fill in other payment detail.
4) Fill in the Remark if have any additional detail or any to mention.
5) Upload your payslip and Submit (You may print out for references).
* The payment details is sensitive case, please fill in accurate and carefully ( Match with your payment slip. )

Why My Order Pending?
If your order is under "Pending" or "On Hold" status, please check your email, you should be received an email that listed out the On Hold reason and please take action immediately.
Normally the reason will be:
- Artwork actual size unmatch with the order specification.
- Color mode of artwork are not in CMYK color mode.
- Artwork file crashed or contain error during downloading.
- Artwork looks blur and need a clearer artwork for printing.

*Please correct and resend artwork within 14 working days or your order will be considered null and void, and 80% of your advance payment amount will be refunded to your member online account only. Please double check the artwork before send to us, it may delay your order delivery date.


After you login to your account, there will display an "Account" menu on your top right side. You can choose from there to update your profile info.

After you linked to "Account" section, there are three links for you to UPDATE your profile info:

  • View or Modify My Profile
    To update or edit your personal info such as Name, Company Name, Telephone Number and etc.

  • View or Modify My Shipping Address
    To update or edit your shipping address which is where to deliver your order.

  • Change My Account Password
    To change your account password. if you forgot your password please click "Retrieve Password" for more information.

    There are more functions that designed for your convenience and user-friendly, you are welcome to discover more in here.

Password Forgotten
If you've forgotten your password, you can retrieve the new password by key-in your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.

After you received our Password Retrieval e-mail, please use the new password to log-in and do change your password for privacy issues.

Terminate My Account
If you wish to cancel your account, just send us an email notification of your cancellation.
The balance in your Online Account will be refunded within 10 working days (20% of account balance or minimum RM20.00 will be deduct for service charge. Refund amounting RM20.00 or less will not be made).
We will transfer the amount into your bank account. Therefore, please email us your bank details to expedite the transaction.
